Last friday and saturday, I have participated for the first time in the Gran Migjornale: it is a biennial Art Festival in which all Es Migjorn Gran becomes a large exhibition space. Many residents open their houses to display their own works of art or to host an artist for two summer evenings, so anyone that goes there, can visit artists in those houses. Thus, the dynamic created, allows the artist to explain the works in a very relaxed manner to people that come to visit the exhibition spaces in this friendly environment. And those who do not open their homes, join the party, creating a cozy atmosphere. S0, there is the large number of visitors who passed through there this year and on Saturday, half an hour before the opening time, when I arrived to the village, I found it plenty of people waiting in the street for the houses to open so they could begin the route!

It has been a very positive experience. Now, that the party is over, I would like to thank the organizers for their support an to make everything easy before and over these days… congratulations! And specially to the person that was so kind to let me show my work in her home entrance: there where some of my jewels, including Sant Cristòfol cross, “Mimetitzada” brooch, the lights and the picutres! I felt very well cared for!
